About Bob and his green tights: Bob's a complete coward and a disgrace to the henchmen of the HYDRA organization. Despite this, Bob's charming green tights, his complete lack of determination and perseverance have made him one of a kind, just like 20 million more bums in this world; with the slight difference that Bob gets to wear HYDRA's green tights while the others can only dream of such a thing. Tights is a fun word.
Powers: Bob has went through massive training with HYDRA patented classes like: Tactics of retreat 101, Advanced tactics of surrender, Hiding Places 301 and HYDRA's Propganda 205. Due to this training, Bob is a master at the art of running away and can clearly identify the sounds of HYDRA's enemies like C. America, Elektra and Wolverine, which tops three in the things Bob is utterly scared about. To note as well, is Bob's exceptional stealth abilities...not, but he's halfway decent at avoiding death though.
Bob's most notable power is more of a reflex where he will out of nowhere yell HYDRA's propaganda like: Hail HYDRA, Immortal HYDRA, We shall never be Destroyed, Cut off a limb and two more shall take its place, etc
Canon: Bob came to fandom after the events in Manhattan. He morphed to a youngster using the same machine HYDRA used on Agent X to turn himself into a 16 year older. He may get acne again though.
